We try to maintain a schedule to minimize turnaround time to repair your vehicle. If we put a repair on the schedule we have made a commitment to get it back to you ASAP, unless, of course, you specifically told us “no rush.” Plans change so we ask you PLEASE to let us know if you will not be bringing in the vehicle as scheduled.
